あらすじ

昨年の大学受験に失敗してしまった主人公、向合碧（むきあいあお）は、シェアハウスの管理人をしている。しかし、‘シェアハウス’と称したその古民家には、主人公のほか入居者はまだない。管理人という名目で、使われなくなった伯母の持家に居候をしているだけなのである。

そんなある日、ある事がきっかけとなり、主人公はどうしても入居希望者を探さなくてはならなくなった。そこで、近隣の大学（昨年不合格となった大学）に、当該シェアハウス入居者募集のチラシを無断掲示する。
すると、ある女性が訪ねて来て・・・。

Synopsis

The main character, Muki Ao, who failed last year’s university entrance exam, is the manager of a share house.However, the old house, which is called a “share house," does not yet have residents other than the main character.Under the pretext of being an administrator, he is simply living in the home of my aunt’s no longer in use.

One day, something triggered the protagonist to find someone to rent.Therefore, a flyer for recruiting tenants in the share house will be posted to a nearby university (a university that failed last year) without permission.
Then a woman came to visit me…
